I am now a nurse at the :artistshospital: so I will come to critique you and give you your sponge bath! Well, maybe not. >_<
I was actually going to suggest the same thing as Kyrn, to draw the figure without clothes before adding them. Since she's already suggested that I will say instead to perhaps work on areas you might be having difficulty with on a larger piece of paper. I know you tend to work small, but if you can get a nice large drawing of her head and facial features with more details then it is easier to work in a smaller scale and maintain details you want to keep.
One of the things that seems a little off to me is the distance from the bottom of the mouth to the bottom of the chin. It seems as though you have about the same distance there as you do from the top of the mouth to the bottom of the nose. Mouth to bottom of chin should be just a bit farther. I say this because I think you are ultimately going for a more realistic style.
I think she has a very gentle look and really hope you continue with this one. I think she needs a couple more hummingbirds around her too. <3
